Great agency prompt and detailed, always keeping and close eye on making sure everything is smooth for the tenant and owners. Warm welcome every time i go into the man office and they always have a realistic approach for dealing with problems that arise.

Ken Ross presented himself as a knowledgeable and friendly person. Information sought was provided within a timely manner and at no time did I feel pressured to sign on the dotted line. Since appointing Ross Realty to manage my properties I have been very impressed with the professional manner in which all members of the team have handled all aspects of the leasing process.

Harcourt's property Management team was friendly, exceptionally energetic and professional in making my property available for inspection, advising on realistic valuation and keeping me informed. Thanks to their efforts the vacancy period was less than 2 weeks in a pretty sluggish rental market.

Harcourts Ross Realty has been looking after our rental property for almost a year now. They're doing a great job. We were overseas for about 8 months and they managed it all on their own while keeping us up to date by email. Well done!

Very professional and reliable team whom I worked with at ease. Assisted landlord (in Dianella area) with re-letting process smoothly which was supported by agent's effective communication. I would highly recommend using them as the leasing agent of choice for Perth property owners.

Earlier this year I transferred management of my rental property to Harcourts Ross Realty, and have been very impressed with their services. My property manager Tim Nickoll and the rest of the team are always on the front foot with keeping me updated about the property and did a fantastic job in advertising and securing new tenants to move in as soon as the previous ones finished their lease. After purchasing the property from Paul Ross back in 2016, I knew it would be in safe hands with this exceptional team, rich with local knowledge and passion for positive outcomes for their properties, landlords and tenants alike.
