Having had a bad experience with previous tenants (sourced by another agency) I was really happy that Ross Realty found fantastic tenants for my property. In the last year my property has required a couple of minor repairs and Ross Realty organised for the repairs to be carried out in a reasonable time and with no inconvenience to myself.
