Harcourts Ross Realty are very professional and make my life easier!
I have managed my own properties in the past and found dealing with tenants to be very time consuming, especially advertising and getting new tenants in when a lease expires. Harcourts Ross Realty have taken the pain out of being a landlord. They liase with the tenants, organise work when needed, keep track of water bills and facilitate payments with emailed monthly statements. The end of year statements are perfect for tax purposes which makes that job a lot easier too. Specifically, the Ross Realty team have been very friendly and courteous while maintaining a professional work ethic. Would definitely recommend!!
