ROSS REALTY
I have managed my own properties in the past and found dealing with tenants to be very time consuming, especially advertising and getting new tenants in when a lease expires. Harcourts Ross Realty have taken the pain out of being a landlord. They liase with the tenants, organise work when needed, keep track of water bills and facilitate payments with emailed monthly statements. The end of year statements are perfect for tax purposes which makes that job a lot easier too. Specifically, the Ross Realty team have been very friendly and courteous while maintaining a professional work ethic. Would definitely recommend!!

Ross Realty has been able to rent my property from the first home open in a very challenging market in Perth and retain the tenants for another year. Always given us regular updates and followed up promptly. Friendly & professional staff from reception to property managers.
