One of the best agents to sell your house with.
Kelly was amazing throughout the whole process from start to finish. At the beginning her knowledge of the house that were similar to our house to give us an idea of what to expect was great as it gave us a stepping stone into the market. Kelly always remained in contact with us to inform us of what the next step was and was always willing to change plans on the go as we have a newborn. Kelly was always willing to assist us, no matter what the enquiry was or how silly it sounded. I would thoroughly recommend Kelly to anyone wanting to sell their house.

Someone you can count on!
The process of selling my late mother's home was complicated by a tenancy that was ending, which created a very daunting scenario for us. Maneuvering around the many issues created by the tenant, on top of the normal pressures of selling a property, made our stress levels rise dramatically. Liz was the epitome of calming waters. Nothing was too much trouble to deal with, no issue too hard to resolve and she was on hand to help with anything required to get us through this. She knew what was needed and how to deliver everything we had to have to complete the sale successfully. We couldn't have done this as well without Liz and her support. I was 100% happy with my experience selling my home.
Kelly sold my property without me having to prepare it for sale. This was such a great relief as I would have had to put some work in to doing this and as I am a senior single lady this was very daunting for me. Before, during and after the sale Kelly was available to me to answer all my questions, Kelly is still in touch to see how I am doing in my search for my new home.
