Kelly was amazing throughout the whole process from start to finish. At the beginning her knowledge of the house that were similar to our house to give us an idea of what to expect was great as it gave us a stepping stone into the market. Kelly always remained in contact with us to inform us of what the next step was and was always willing to change plans on the go as we have a newborn. Kelly was always willing to assist us, no matter what the enquiry was or how silly it sounded. I would thoroughly recommend Kelly to anyone wanting to sell their house.

The process of selling my late mother's home was complicated by a tenancy that was ending, which created a very daunting scenario for us. Maneuvering around the many issues created by the tenant, on top of the normal pressures of selling a property, made our stress levels rise dramatically. Liz was the epitome of calming waters. Nothing was too much trouble to deal with, no issue too hard to resolve and she was on hand to help with anything required to get us through this.
