Pleasure to deal with.
I found Belynda a pleasure to deal with. If not contactable would always call back. always followed up which resulted in a quick sales. Always sent through a summary after each open giving us an insight as to how we were traveling in regards to pricing and movement in the market. I wouldn't hesitate to use Belynda as part of our team for our next sale.

Great agent to deal with
We have bought and sold numerous properties over the last 15 years and recently purchased a property through Joe Maiorana. This was the most hassle free transaction I can recall, Joe was straightforward, honest and very helpful with tips for securing a tenant and future improvements to the property. I would have no issue with recommending him or utilising his service as a sales agent in future. To top it off, he is also a nice bloke to deal with!

How refreshing!
Harcourt realestate came highly recommended by our son-in-law and his family. We decided to let them look after our investment property and they did an excellent job. When it came to selling it, Liz Reece came into our lives. Liz is a bubbly, confident agent who instantly connected with us and our wishes. She is friendly, down to earth and extremely well organised. Liz had said from the onset that she would keep us informed every step of the way and would do her outmost to get us the best outcome. She did not disappoint. Three quotes were given for most services. She arranged repairs at good prices and everything was done within a tight deadline. We got an interested party for our property before it went to open. Although the negotiations were not smooth, especially as the property went on the market just before Christmas, Liz used her experience and knowledge to steer the deal to a positive conclusion. We are extremely happy to have had her as our agent as she achieved a quick and profitable sale for us without much stress or physical work for us.
