First Time Home Owners
We can now say we are officially first time home owners thanks to Belynda's help! Belynda was fantastic during the whole process and understood we needed a little bit more clarrification than the average buyer. She was able to work around our unpredictable schedules and give us the best understanding around what improvements would add the most value to our house down the track. Overall it was a very smooth process thanks to Belynda's work.

Genuine agent.
Joe had a great knowledge of the market in my area. he gave some recommendations of some easy improvements of the property I could make before we went to the market (others wanted more done that we though was unnecessary). The price he wanted us to go to market was slightly less that we wanted to but he was happy to come up a little to the price range we were happy with, and in the end we sold first open at a price in the middle. I would us Joe again as I though the property was going to be a hard sell given its main road location and his post sale communication was great.

Completely Satisfied
Not having sold or moved house for 21yrs, I was quite uncertain how it would go. I did not need to worry as Belynda Nairn guided me on every point and put me at ease from the start. The house sold very quickly and I was most impressed with Belynda's help and encouragement . I am completely satisfied with the service from Harcourts and I especially thank a Belynda for all her care.
