I contacted Belynda Nairn at Harcourts to arrange the sale of my house at Happy Valley, South Australia and signed a Contract after a short meeting. I was travelling overseas to Vietnam shortly after signing the contract and left the arrangements in the hands of Belynda. No sooner had I arrived in Vietnam, I received a message telling me my house had sold and I had to return to Australia to move my possessions out before the new owners moved in. Belynda kept in contact with me throughout the sale and informed me of who/when people were going to an open inspection and the prices being offered. I can only say that I am very impressed with the manner in which Belynda conducted the sale of my house and am very happy with the price I got. I would recommend Belynda to any new people wanting to sell/buy a house in the future.
