Professional, Efficient and Reliable

We’ve had a very positive experience working with Valene as our property manager. She is professional, organised, and consistently on top of everything. Communication has been excellent—whenever we have questions or requests, she responds promptly and clearly, which gives us great peace of mind. Valene is also very thorough with routine inspections and keeps us well informed about anything that needs attention. When our previous tenants vacated, she conducted a detailed exit inspection, identified damages and leftover rubbish, and followed up directly with the tenants to have the issues addressed through the bond. We really appreciated how smoothly and efficiently she handled the situation. More recently, Valene and her team have been proactive in finding a new tenant. They carefully screen applicants and only present those with strong rental histories, which we value greatly. Overall, we’re very happy with the service provided. Valene has made managing our investment property stress-free, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and the team to others.

Great experience as a landlord

Valene does a great job of managing my Investment Property. She is professional, responsive and always completely across the detail of any situation we are dealing with. I originally chose Harcourts as they seemed to have great feedback from Tenant's in the local area (on the Carrum Downs Facebook groups etc). I can confirm that they are also great from a Landlords perspective
