Jimmy was originally engaged in August 2020 just before the Covid-19 lock down 4 and as most people know that was a very difficult time for everybody. Jimmy to his credit kept contact right through that time and once the restrictions were lifted concluded a sale very quickly. I Engaged Harcourt Vermont South because I knew they had a speciality in this location, hence I was happy to pay him 2% commission as opposed to others that wanted a lesser rate because I knew he would perform.
