It was very obvious that Jimmy and Angela worked extremely hard for us as our agents and are very skilled and informed property sellers. They gathered lots of information about, and built strong relationships with potential buyers. At our regular status meetings, they were able to talk at length and in detail to us about each potential buyer - just from the information in their heads. They knew each potential buyers issues, and had strategies for them. Not all agents work to understand their buyers this well. Jimmy is very high energy and works very long hours for his clients. They both spent long periods of time with potential buyers to work with them, to get them to where we needed them to be to sell the property. We sold at a bad time during Covid 19 and the market was moving shifting around - this was disconcerting at times, but Jimmy and Angela were always very positive and gave us confidence. For reasons I wont go into here, I also came to personally witness that Jimmy is a man of very high integrity. He takes the REIV code very seriously and you can trust he will abide by it for you and act in the vendors interests at all times, which is very important. Thank you for everything Jimmy and Angela.
