Someone who knows their job.
Very energetic person who works hard to display your property in the best possible light.Keeps you up to date with progress and buyers opinions,and always keeps his promises . Jimmy did well to sell this property in about one month including two weeks to sell without advertising(to reduce costs). This in a difficult selling period was an outstanding performance . We have no hesitation in recommending Jimmy to any Vendor:it would be hard to find better.

As Vendor Advocate i have a lot of communication with Real Estate agents in their role to achieve the best possible result for the vendor. I would like commend your Company Harcourts and in particular Jimmy Lu in the manner he effected the sale of 11 Regal court Vermont South. The covid 19 pandemic created very difficult and unprecended market conditions for selling houses. Jimmy in paricular showed genuine interest and concern for the vendors circumstances during this difficult time.It was encouraging to see an agent show true proffesionaliasm in achieving a great result for the vendor. My first impression of Jimmy Lu was of a positive & enthusiastic real estate agent. We found him to be a dynamic & very likeable professional agent. In his efforts to assist in the sale of our property, nothing was too difficult for him even offering to assist in moving so much furniture we had stored. If at any moment we may have been momentarily hesitant in any way, he quickly dispelled this feeling by explaining every ‘feel’ for the best outcome of the sale. Smooth sailing
Jimmy has sold thee houses for my family over the last 3 years. One in Vermont one in Doncaster’s and this week my mother’s house in Blackburn. What I take away from my experience with Jimmy is how simple and straight forward he makes the process. Jimmy seemed to just get the job done working Hard to for the vendor.
