From the initial meeting with Pat, we knew exactly where we stood. He assisted us to design our plan of attack, arrange advertisements and then suss potential buyers on ur behalf. Didn't end up going to auction as planned because of restricted market interest but Pat was able to negotiate with three parties who had shown some interest to the point where he was able to negotiate an acceptable sale price!
