Basil and the Harcourts team were excellent when it came to selling my house. Basil was not pushy, was honest and his team were thoroughly professional throughout the whole process. Their reporting of open house viewings were very comprehensive, which gave me an insight into what various people were thinking about the house. There were also over 100 groups that viewed the house. I was most impressed with Basil Zoccali and his team at Harcourts of East Keilor. He and his team appeared to be very knowledgeable on the area, they prepared a very professional presentation with an action plan on how best to proceed to sell my property. His communications were frequent and detailed especially during the open house phase and I found his interactions with both prospective buyers and me were always professional and detailed. His profiles of the clients who attended open house and who were prospective bidders at auction was very accurate. All in all his advice at the outset and all during the sales campaign were exceptional, we discussed expectations of price and we settled on a figure that was realistic and acceptable to me and ulimtately we achieved our target.
