Extremely happy, highly recommended

Excellent Agent - Great Result
I first met Pat about 5 years ago when I inquired about a property he was selling. I ended up buying through another agent but Pat stayed in touch and offered solid advice to assist me with my redevelopment project. When it came time to sell, I wanted my potential buyers to be treated the same as I was, so Pat was the logical choice. We weren't to know that a pandemic would throw a spanner in our campaign before it even got started, but Pat persisted and managed to get solid offers before the property had even had a chance to hit the public market. At no time did Pat pressure us into accepting anything below our asking price. In fact, he defended our price and less than a a few hours before the property was scheduled to be listed publicly, he brought us an offer at out full asking price and well above expectation given the current environment. I would highly recommend Pat and the team at Harcourts. He delivers on what he promises and never promises what he can't deliver.

Very professional and knowledgeable
We bought our house at the very stressful time when Covid19 had just started in Australia and the restrictions were starting to be put in place. The house we purchased was meant to go to auction but we ended up at Pats advice making an offer a few days before (and rightly so because auctions were no longer allowed to go ahead!) Pat was very professional and communicated well with us. I would highly recommend as an agent.

Great experience
My mother sold her house with Pat after living in her home for more than 60 years. Pat made my mother feel comfortable with the sales process and he was very aware of the fact that it was very hard on my mother to sell the family home. Pat was professional and nice to deal with, my mother felt very comfortable with him which was important to us. The house was sold quickly and we had guidance after the sale through to settlement. I highly recommend Pat to anyone looking to sell their home.

Professional, dedicated & honest who delivered a very positive result in difficult circumstances!
From the initial proposal to the successful sale of our property, Pat was nothing but professional and calm in his approach and manner. Pat is a great communicator and always provided clear and concise written and verbal updates during the entire sales campaign. He was also always available to address any questions we had. With the restrictions in place due to the coronavirus, it must be highlighted that our sale was during this time.
