We always felt comfortable asking him all the questions we needed to ask and he was always reachable and willing to give us all the assistance and information we needed. This is the reason why the whole experience was not as stressful as we thought it would be. He explained every step to us in detail and guided us through the auction process and what to expect. He taught us to listen to the market and therefore helped our expectations to meet market value, which gave us a great result at auction. He always kept us updated at each step of the sale campaign and was very honest about what to expect. We would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I approached Basil from a referral. I am happy work with Basil again. Before signing contract, Basil patiently explained the market condition, the strategy for marketing and what he would do to maximise exposure of the property. During the 4-week marketing period, Basil has kept me up to date on the potential buyers. Basil kept a detailed document on the the comments and the potential for potential buyers. He shared the document with me and this really helps us to set up the reserve price. Basil is a passionate auctioneer. I listened to him in the action. The property didn't ready our reserve price during auction. However Basil has worked hard after the auction with the highest bidder and eventually reached a price we accepted. He worked extra mile and drove all the way from north to Melbourne CBD to finalise the contract.
