The perfect Agent to buy our first home through
We liked Basil from the start, he was welcoming, engaging and made us feel really comfortable during our first inspection. In the lead up to the auction Basil phoned us a few times and never rushed through our calls. He spent most of the calls reassuring us about the market, telling me not to give up on the hunt and giving us tips for bidding during auctions. After house hunting for almost 5 months straight, spending every Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday out at inspections/auctions we had met our fair share of untrustworthy agents. We really didn't trust many people anymore having been fed false hope and lies but Basil isn't like other agents. Basil remembered us from the very first inspection, and every phone call we had was picked up right where we had left off, like it would with a friend - his customer service to potential buyers is incomparable. I am so glad that we were successful at one of Basil's auctions and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their property. On the day of auction his team were nothing but amazing to us and genuinely happy to see us successful on the day. Thanks again Basil!
