From day one I have been extremely impressed with Craig and Tims professionalism but more important understanding and compassion. Craig has been thorough and made sure I understood all the way along the implications etc of everything. I cannot speak more highly of Craig and Tim. Harris Real Estate were not the cheapest in their sales and marketing but I loved their style class etc and was prepared to negotiate on the pricing which they were able to do for me and which was greatly appreciated. Craig gave me excellent advise on preparing my house for sale. He had great confidence in my property and that it would sell for what I wanted. (It sold very quickly). He was at all time an easy person to work with and his expertise was obvious and I had great trust in him. I would recommend him to anyone who wants an agent who knows his job and gets results.
