Ginuwine customer services and always available

I would like to pass on my sincere feedback and appreciation for Kristian Lovicu from Harris Tripp. My property had been on the rental market with another agency for three weeks without securing a tenant. Within less than five business days of Kristian taking over, he was able to secure an amazing tenant and made the entire process so easy and efficient for me. Kristian was incredibly professional, proactive and dedicated throughout the whole process. He never gave up and continued working hard until he secured the right tenant. I’m extremely grateful for his hard work, communication and professionalism. Seamless Moving In Experience

I have been dealing with Harris Tripp for just about a week now after moving into my new place. They have been fantastic thus far. I was provided with all relevant documentation and keys upon my arrival at the office last Friday and, after settling in and completing my condition report, noted a number of issues that weren't major but would have been nice to rectify. Within 24 hours, my property manager Jorja came back to me with a detailed list of every action they would take to resolve each issue; including going well above and beyond what my expectations were. I hope this level of support continues as it is genuinely the best I have received in my ~10 years of renting properties.
