I also really appreciated that he never pressured me into making a decision. He made sure I was comfortable, while giving me clear and practical advice so I could make an informed choice. We ended up securing a great tenant after the very first open home, at a rent above the asking price, which I’m extremely happy with. The whole rental process was smooth and professional. The agent was very responsive and easy to communicate with, always replying promptly to emails and messages. They demonstrated good knowledge of the property and clearly explained all procedures, including the lease, bond, and condition report. Any issues we raised were handled efficiently. For example, maintenance requests were followed up quickly, and a work order was arranged without delay. Communication was clear and friendly throughout the process, which made everything much easier for us. Overall, the experience was very positive.
