I found Michael after I a good research on Realestate website by looking agents’s latest sale records, time from advertisement to “sold”, whether the sold prices in my familiar areas were under or above market values. Michael’s professionalism and high efficiency verified my research results: sale agent contract on the first day, gardening and styling completed around 7 days, advertisement went online another 2 days, property sold (under contract) only with one inspection (1 week after online advertisement) at the good price for me. The experience with Michael made me believe his success has some reasons: professional, well organise and schedule all jobs, diligence, high efficiency, detailed follow up with every possible buyer - he doesn’t simply wait for buyers to come.
