I found Michael to be a rarity in the Tasmanian real estate landscape. Most of the Tasmanian real estate agents seem to just wait for the buyers to appear. Michael goes out of his way to try and find them. IE he's not lazy like most of the REAs I have encountered here.

Jarrah was fantastic to deal with from the very beginning. We first contacted Jarrah, as we did with a number of different agencies about selling our property. Jarrah never went the “ hard “ sell on us but kept in contact over a period of time , just touching base to see how we were going and if he could help. We eventually engaged Jarrah to sell our property. He was honest , upfront , accurate with the price appraisal, recommended a marketing program to best suit and committed to communicating back to us after every open home or viewing as we asked to be updated that way. When it came to offers , Jarrah , and the agency team ,assessed each offer and worked with us to best understand what the offer meant and where it stood in regards to price in the current market. Again never any pressure to sell , just guidance and assistance to make the right decision for us ,which we did and sold within the timeframe we had hoped for. Overall the team supporting Jarrah at Harrison Agency were extremely timely and on the mark when it came to making sure all administrative task ie; contracts , agreements etc were signed and completed when they needed to be. Jarrah himself was super supportive and easy to work with , his mannerism of actively listening to the clients , being softly but well spoken , committing to and communicating back with relevant info , along with assisting in making the right decision for us not him or his Agency is why I have taken the time to write this review. Have to also mention Josh , who assisted Jarrah on a couple of occasions, he was also a pleasure to deal with.
