Josh was very approachable and very knowledgeable on the sale potential of the house. He was interested in the history of the home and spent time to evaluate its sale attractions such as the pool and tennis court. He communicated with us regularly on the interest of potential buyers. His sales marketing video on the property was excellent and captured the true future potential of the property.

We are first time home vendors. From our very first meeting with Josh and Tom, we knew we were in good hands. Josh continued to help and guide us, as we navigated through the initial few months preparing our home for sale. He explained the procedures of each stage we were going through. He & Tom helped with suggestions on how best to present our home and garden for the Real Estate Photographs. Each time Josh called, he was extremely polite, calm and professional. He was also considerate of our personal lives and expectations. Josh would call nearly every 2nd/3rd day to keep us informed of all the enquiries and comments. A few times there was a call just to check in on us and make sure we were feeling okay with all the excitement, nervousness and worry that goes with selling our beautiful family home and garden of 35 years. He would happily offer his help on numerous occasions if I needed help moving or lifting anything . I loved how Josh was interested and enthusiastic about learning the history of 4 Adelaide Street, East Launceston. He then went on to passionately share this information via social media and face to face with potential purchasers , as he showed them around our home. Josh understood how much our home was an open-door, family-friendly, fun and love filled house. I believe his passion was evident as he talked to people about our home. Jarrah and Grace are a great team, from the get go the communication was solid and everything was always well organised. The last time we dealt with a real estate agent we were always chasing them for information and it took weeks to hear from them, but these guys were amazing and always answered any queries within the day. Any hurdle we encountered was met with a great strategy, which ended up getting a price we are really happy with, especially in a market that was unpredictable.
