Stefan was an outstanding agent to work with. He was thorough and reliable, calm and patient. He was always amiable and easy to talk to. He was patient and dedicated during a time of market unease and I never felt pressured. He would keep me abreast of any important changes or new information. I always felt respected and that we were working as a team for the sale. Occasionally he would take a while to return my calls, but never if there were important discussions at stake. In those matters he was extremely prompt and professional, which helped build trust. He assisted greatly in organising some renovations (paint/carpet/furniture) at the beginning with tradespeople who were timely in starting/finishing their work, delivering excellent quality of work and a very reasonable cost. This helped a lot in getting the property ready for sale, which can be a stressful time. Stefan was always positive, always real. His experience in real estate and thorough knowledge of his profession shone through. I would recommend him to anyone!

My husband and I worked with Stefan and his team on the recent sale of our property in Ivanhoe East. We were incredibly happy and felt very well supported through the whole experience - from our initial conversations regarding the impending sale to auction day. Stefan and the team demonstrated a very strong understanding of the property market both generally and relevant to our specific area and guided us very knowledgeably in the determination of reserve prices and what type of price we might expect at sale. We felt that the period of time from advertising through to the auction was very well managed and we received regular and comprehensive updates from Stefan regarding the interest in the property throughout the auction campaign. I believe that Stefan and his team interact very well with potential buyers and are able to connect with interested parties in a genuine and authentic way. The skilfully managed auction campaign was evidenced in the strong turn out at auction day and my husband and I genuinely felt that Stefan and the team had done everything possible to secure a good result for us. The auction itself was a bit stressful (as these things are!) and especially so when we needed to decide when to put the house on the market. Stefan supported us incredibly well during this process, calmed our nerves and provided us with excellent advice in terms of handling this decision. Stefan's advice, and the decision we made based on this advice, ultimately led to a very successful auction result! I would highly recommend Stefan and his team to anyone looking for an agent who will 'go the extra mile' to ensure a fantastic result for their client.
