The following year James won Rate My Agent, Agent of the year for Coolum Beach. The following year, James purchased Coolum Beach Real Estate alongside his fellow Directors. Fantastic Experience!

Tania was excellent! We worked with Tania as the seller’s agent during our recent purchase and she stood out from others. Where many agents were pushy and inflexible, Tania was fair and balanced, ensuring both parties were heard and guiding the process through some challenging moments. A Positive Selling Experience from Start to Finish

We had a really positive experience. The whole team was professional, easy to deal with, and kept communication clear and simple. We loved that we were only contacted when it actually mattered-no unnecessary calls or messages. Jen and James also worked so well together as a team, which felt great for both us as sellers and I think would help buyers feel confident. They showcased/marketed our home brilliantly and were committed to getting the right price, not just a quick sale.

Nicola Made the Entire Process Seamless

This is our second fantastic experience with Haven Property, and we cannot recommend them and this time Nicola, highly enough. Throughout the whole process from appraisal to property preparation and post-sale follow-up, Nicola has been exceptional. Locally connected, she facilitated everything from painting to styling, gardening and pool maintenance. Nothing was too much trouble.
