From the moment I first spoke to Mel to sign up with Eastell and Co to the day she handed over care of my property to Elle for on going management, Mel has been nothing but kind and generous with her time. She is such a lovely character to work with, always ready to help me out with quotes while doing her best to make herself available when required to let trades onto site to conduct repairs and or upgrades. While I've only known Elle for a month, she has certainly established herself in my mind as a capable, kind and friend property manager - I have no concerns leaving the care of my property with her!
