Highly Recommended
Rachael was recommended to me by an old colleague - and they were right! Rachael is lovely and takes a very personal approach, keeping communication lines active and open without making us feel overwhelmed by too much contact, or concerned by too little. She put her heart into the sale of the property - it was the family home and this was its first time on the market for over 40 years. Of course this made it quite a difficult process for the family in letting go of so much of their history - but Rachael's approach was beautifully caring and considerate, whilst ensuring we got the real-life market information and process guidance that we needed. She understood exactly what we wanted in the sale and buyer for the property - and went after exactly that. We felt confident and well-cared for throughout the marketing campaign and even beforehand as we went through the stages of planning and preparing for the sale. Huge thanks to Rachael and her team - they made an emotionally challenging event much easier for us. It was an adventurous campaign in a few ways - we had a lot of laughs along the way - and she joined in the happy sadness when it was time for us to let the property go. If you're after someone who'll understand what the seller goes through when letting go of a family home and works with you on the result you want - Rachael is your agent.

Couldn’t ask for more
Dealing with Rachael for the sale of our house was a pleasure! She guided us though the entire process making it such an easy and stress free experience. Making her self available to us at any time via message or email if we had questions or required advice was fantastic as we both work unsocial hours. It really made life easy! With the response from the open houses, the turn around time on making the sale and the feedback we had from potential buyers I wouldn’t hesitate to sell or buy through Rachael again!

Geelong’s best agent!
Cannot speak more highly of Rachael. She has been amazing right from our initial appraisal. We were always kept in the loop and she went above and beyond throughout our entire selling process and most of all was successful in getting the price we wanted. Both are very good agents

Perfect Timing!

Wouldn't use any other!
Michelle is approachable, realistic and supportive. We had other agents in mind, but from the moment we met with her we knew she was the one! Great Agent!
