My fiance and I were in a long distance relationship and looking to purchase a house in QLD. We had been looking for a few months and met and spoke to many many agents. Madi was set apart from the start! I called her inquiring about the property and explaining I couldn't come to see it for 3 weeks due to flights etc. Madi got my number and did something that no other agent would consider doing for us! She filmed a personal walk-through of the entire house and surrounding area and texted it to me so I could see the property in real time. Was beyond helpful!!! We kept in contact and on the day we went to inspect the house Madi was ready to go and even nicer in person as she was over the phone. She not only was super considerate of us but also extremely loyal to the seller and their wishes and created a harmonious and seamless relationship between us both. She was willing to go above and beyond to make this the easiest process of us and we couldn't be more thankful to her.. especially being first home buyers!
