One of the reasons I chose Madi was because she charges a fixed rate. I don’t think anyone should have to pay 3% to an agent. Madi advertised my property on all major real estate online sources. She also utilised Facebook to get the sale advertisement out there to the wider community. I was very impressed with this. She had some very good strategies for advertising and I was very happy with the photography that was included in the advertisement. Madi kept me informed of all that was happening with the sale.
