Engaging Steven Zervas as a partner in our selling campaign was a masterstroke, having evidenced some of his fine work over many years in the Burwood and surrounding suburbs. Steven's knowledge of the area, it's nuances and especially his negotiating skills, including the support of the Heavyside team, ultimately was the difference in achieving an exceptional result. His advice from how to present the property, throughout the campaign and finally his exceptional performance at the auction and post auction, were of an extremely high standard. From our first meeting with Steven, who made us feel at ease, taking the time to explain our options and then agreeing on the go to market strategy, we felt that Steven had our back and was in complete control of the narrative. We were advised to make some minor cosmetic improvements, style the property professionally and to market the property within a range which would engage the widest possible target market. Armed with some great tips and advice, we entrusted Steven to drive the entire process. Steven kept us informed at every milestone event, from the time the board went up, through to the eventual settlement day. We sold the property on the 6th Dec23 and Steven moved heaven and earth and did everything in his power to ensure we settled the day before everyone clocked off for their Christmas break on 22nd Dec23 (a little over 2 weeks, which must be a record). Tim and the Heavyside Team were a great choice. Initially, choosing my agent was hard, after interviewing 3 very competent agents. However, Tim "sold" himself to me and I figured he could then sell my home. The communication throughout the campaign was spot on and they followed through with everything they said they would do. Marketing was very professional and I was included every step of the way. The support prior to auction was amazing with help a phone call away.
