We had a great experience dealing Tim & Paige Heavyside from start to finish. They provided great advise pre-market around our marketing campaign and styling of the property to great effect. We were kept informed throughout the campaign following each Open for Inspection around Buyer feedback, both positive and negative and prospective purchasers. We decided to sell Pre-Auction at a price we were happy with and this was all down to Tim's comprehensive negotiating skills. Overall, the experience was hard to fault.
