Respectful service
At all times throughout my dealings with Helen Munro Property staff I was treated with respect and courtesy. As a senior aged person this is not always the case so it was very refreshing to receive attentive service. Appointments for property inspections were always on time and the information provided was freely given. The processes required for completion of documentation after I had approval for my property were all very professionally handled and it really made everything go very smoothly. Staff were supportive and readily answered any questions I had. Thank you to all staff at Helen Munro Property.

Fantastic team
The Property team at Helen Munro have been looking after my properties for over a decade. In all that time I've never had any loss with payment of rent, had no damage done to the properties and they've always found me fantastic tenants. They maintain open, efficient communication with me at all times and have never failed in giving me professional advice when I've requested it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone with an investment property.

Deliver on what the say they will do
Recently changed to HMP from another realtor and have been very happy with the service. The re-tenanted the property and follow up any issues in a very timely manner.
