No physical inspection of my property till after I vacated interstate. If there was issues I could not address them myself.

The whole process was dealt with in the matter of a couple of days not weeks like some of the other real estate companies

All the team at HMP were excellent to deal with. After purchasing my investment property, they coordinated with the selling agent to arrange open homes, helping minimise the vacancy period and securing a tenant quickly. I would happily recommend HMP to anyone.

Very responsive and kept us informed with regular updates when property was being advertised for leasing. We knew exactly when open homes were, when applications were submitted. Found Helen Munro to be great at the process of having our property leased.

From the very first phone call we knew we were in good hands with the team at Helen Munro Real Estate. This is out first investment property and given we are based in Melbourne it was a huge leap for us to purchase in Townsville. We wanted our property to be managed by locals who know the Townsville rental market, what works and can deliver value for money. Our two properties were rented to quality tenants in three weeks. We are very happy with the results and the advice we received from the management team at Helen Munro Real Estate. Communication has been excellent with our numerous questions answered quickly and professionally. We really appreciated the smart advice on where to spend money improving the properties to attract quality tenants. And it worked. While we've had a few repairs to be carried out, the property management team at Helen Munro Real Estate have made this a hassle free process. They took care of everything; from quotes through to liaising with the tenants over access. They have made owning an investment property from 2,500 kilometres away stress free. We have no hesitation in recommending Helen Munro Real Estate as managers for your valuable investment property in Townsville.
