When I first interacted with the team at Helen Munro it was a well rounded professional experience. They were helpful and communicated well. As soon as I signed a lease and needed a mature, helpful response to a problem that was because of their inefficiency ...it went very sour. The women assigned to assist in the rental department obviously had a personal issue both with me, the tenant and her job and she absolutely refused to be reasonable in any way shape or form. Helen Munro has the foundation of being a great agency, you can tell with some of their systems and communications ...but this woman, working on the inside, so to speak, is bringing them down. I am starting a report with the RTA as I speak.

We rented with Helen Munro after owning a home for 15 years. They're property management team were supportive and provided prompt action on repairs to property. Due to sale of the rental we had to go to another realestate. We then were given notice to leave at end of lease. After endless property applications I reached out to Jess from Helen Munro who advised of available properties. On inspection of the home the staff were beyond helpful and pleasant. We were approved for the rental and beyond thankful to be renting through the Helen Munro Team again! Next step is to buy with them.

The Townsville rental market is quite tough, especially for new entrants arriving from out of Australia. Helen Munro, and in particular Jess and Sally were extremely helpful in finding and securing a place for us. The team as a whole made our experience much easier than it had been previously. The process was easy and very efficient once our application had been approved. Will definitely go to Helen Munro Townsville first in future if needed, great people and great team.
