The Townsville rental market is quite tough, especially for new entrants arriving from out of Australia. Helen Munro, and in particular Jess and Sally were extremely helpful in finding and securing a place for us. The team as a whole made our experience much easier than it had been previously. Few problems with tenants over the years but inflation in last few years has seen some with rent arrears. Helen Munro systems pick this up straight away with a notice of remedy presented quickly; thus often turning the issue around with few ongoing issues. Decisive advice is given with further problems. Any issues reported for maintenance are passed on to the owner very quickly, allowing us all to respond quickly to maintain the property and keep the tenant looked after as well. Property reports and photos are very thorough, allowing us to keep well informed on the state of the property despite living across the country. Great interaction with all service teams at Helen Munro.
