The unit market is Townsville is pretty tough ay the moment and Margaret worked diligently on interested parties identified through the open house inspections she conducted ultimately securing a buyer who went to contract within 5 weeks of the property being listed. The sale price achieved was within line with the market but the effort Margaret put into the open homes, talking to the interested parties and ultimately getting a buyer to contract was what really got he property sold.
