I'll begin this review by telling you of the experience with other agents we had contact with. Due to the shortness of time we had to purchase a property for my daughter who's lease was due .We basically had a week to find a appropriate house. Therefore we had no option but to request agents to give us access to there houses outside their normal opening hours. To really see how dedicated agents are you soon learn how much effort it is for some to step out side of their comfort zone. Some responses Late for a Beer , I don't usually do this. I've got to be some ware else and out right lies about in ground spas with inappropriate fencing. When turning the corner on Lambert St and spotting the open sign that late in the afternoon was a surprise as we had probably seen 20 house over the week end. We found Margaret Hill still cheerful and very happy to provide as much information as she could. It was a surprise to learn that the house actually belonged to a work college of mine. After inspecting the house we decided to make an offer and proceeded home. Much to our surprise Margaret rang that same night with a counter offer and drove to our house more than a thirty km round trip out of town. She had done this several times until a settlement figure was reached. She kept us informed the whole time of the progress and updated us with all the necessary information we needed to make the sale go through with out a hitch. She also went that step further by producing the plans for the house which I now have, and to top it off a nice bottle off wine. I would recommend Margaret to anyone wishing to sell as she will go the extra distance to make a sale.
