Dealing with Justin was so delightful, that he challenged the stigma around estate agents. He was friendly, approachable but still professional. He offered a new and fresh approach to selling homes! Regarding the Sale of 705 Stafford Rd, Everton Park, and the performance of the Madeleine Hicks Team. From the outset I felt like Madeleine and Justin had my best interests at heart. They cared not only about the outcome but how they ran the race. They were respectful to both parties in the sale, being the buyer and us, and the way they explained the process to us was easy to understand and very reassuring. They didn't make everything sound glossy and sickeningly positive which would have been like being sold a used car, in stead they were very up front with some of the 'harder to hear' things that form a part of the sale process. The best part was that it was clear that they wanted the best outcome for us and gave good advise on what to do to present the property in the best possible way. We would have gone way over the top and spent money on things that were just not necessary. The outcome was a perfect balance of what we did to prepare the property for sale, and what the buyer needed done. Underpinning all this is that Madeleine and Justin are just good hearted humans who will be our go to agents for any real estate transactions / negotiations moving forward.
