Before having to sell the house, I was sceptical regarding finding the right agent for me. I assumed that a house selling agent would be similar to a car sales man. However, I was pleasantly surprised meeting Justin and Madeline and if I were to sell my house again, I would close my eyes and choose this real estate agency and more importantly Justin and Madeline again. Their communication skills are superb. This agency keeps you as informed as you would like to be. They choose to communicate with you in the form you ask them to (i.e. via email or text message or phone). I wanted to be kept informed in every step of the process, and that is exactly what they did with me. They were open and very knowledgeable regarding the suburb.. They would openly share written communication from the potential buyer so you could trust them. Madeline and Justin works 7 days a week and will drive to you if required. They start their days early and finish late to suit both the seller and potential buyer. I was satisfied with their negotiation skills. All communication with the potential buyers would be relayed back as requested. After the sale, they continued to make the process as easy as possible. Overall, they made the process as stress free as possible for us and thank you Justin and Madeline. Your assistance is much appreciated.

I met Justin over 2 years ago when he appraised my property; I always knew if we were to sell Justin would be the agent of choice. When the time had come we got Justin back in to get the process started. He understood our needs and the direction we needed to go to sell our home. As we were packing up the house and getting it ready for sale, we ended up finding a buyer for our home privately.
