This is my first rodeo buying a house and was so confusing but Justin and his team were with me all the way. Any questions I had or if I wasn't sure on anything they got back to me straight away. From the day I met Justin whilst looking at properties I knew if I ever sold my house he would be the person I chose. He has such a positive attitude about everything, his warm personality and genuine care for people is such an asset. My kids thought he was hilarious and I appreciated how he listened to me and was prepared to work with what I really wanted and needed. In the lead up to selling Justin kept me abreast of the market and checked in periodically, but never applied any pressure to sell. He gave advice on what might be the things I needed to address with my home and when would be a good time to sell. When the time was right not just him, but his whole support team swung into action, his planning and approach to the sale was excellent and resulted in my house selling after the first open home. His advice was spot on and I felt really supported through the whole process. Its such a big step trusting someone with your biggest asset and can be really daunting choosing the right person, I chose the right person, Justin Hicks.
