From the start I found staff engaging and easy to communicate with, the responsiveness is something that differentiated them from other realestates. As a result I was able to identify and lock-in my next residence. The app they partnered with is easy to use & cuts out a lot of the paperwork, although it did include engaging on my behalf with a company to organise the change in utilities with (I corrected that easily enough though). Since then my manager has been available, patient and transparent. There’s been a few auto-messages received by me that were in-error, but any confusion was promptly worked through. I’ve not yet dealt with the maintenance/inspection/end of term aspects yet- but the front end has been mainly positive to this point.

Norman Vasiliou looks after my property and the tenets as a co-ordinated venture. He is on point on the market, values and is excellent at his job. He looks after the property and lets me know when things need fixing etc. He always gets back to me on any issues or concerns I might have, and helps in any problem resolutions. I can't ask for a better agent. Makes me feel at ease that he is on my side and most importantly he can be trusted.

I bought a house through Bryan from Highland. He was very helpful and accommodating with everything particularly since I lived interstate and had to do online inspections and at hours that were not necessarily within the working hours in Sydney. He also helped me to rent it out quickly. I was very happy with the service provided by Bryan.

While the initial team was a good experience, being handed off to the manager was not pleasant. There was an expectation that everything be done digitally with no explanation or walk through of the property at all. The fully digitalized lease agreement was belittling and cold, leaving no room for discussion or explanation. The entire experience with the condition report was extremely frustrating and time consuming, requiring extensive communication, delay, and multiple attempts to fill out the platform. The automation is not an improved service is has merely displaced the labor onto the tenant without compensation. I've honestly never had a more adversarial renting experience.

Angie has been my main contact and has been proactive and readily available to assist in managing whatever may crop up in relation to my rental property. She’s been fantastic in offering guidance and insights when requested and arranging maintenance as needed. Angie is professional and it gives peace of mind knowing Angie is highly trustworthy and responsive. Great communication! Statements are well formatted with the necessary details and timely emailed monthly and year end for tax purposes. I have made referrals to Highlnds Newtown based on the wonderful service I’ve received from Angie especially.
