Very Proactive!
As soon as I signed the contract to give Andrea exclusivity to sell my unit, she had potential buyers at my door. Very proactive, great communication and easy to deal with. Also Andrea gave me confidence throughout the whole process. As my place was located in a complex with other units for sale at the same time, I was concerned about the potential for lower offers to be made, as the others for sale had been on the market for some time. However we received an offer that we accepted within 7 days of signing with Andrea. The process couldn't have been better. Would recommend !

Super agent
Loved Andrea from the get go...we just clicked. She was easily contactable and kept us in the loop at all times. Andrea was committed to getting us what we wanted in the time we wanted and we had fun working together to that aim. She was very helpful right thru to the sale and then after as well letting us know when and how to finalise everything. A great agent...now a great friend. Andrea was very approachable
I found Andrea very knowable on all aspects of the process of the sale. Andrea had sold our house within 48 hours which was great. Andrea will be getting our next house for sale.I hope the process works the same

Highly Recommend Andrea Sretton!

Knowledgeable and Professional Agent!
I had my property on the market for 2+ months with another agent and had no decent offers in that timeframe. I went to Andrea who took my property on personally and within 1 week we had multiple inspections/ open homes and just 3 weeks after that the property had sold. Andrea delivered an energetic, positive and punctual service! She clearly communicated with myself and my family and made sure our expectations were being met. Andrea not only sold my property but found me my new home aswell! It was just so easy working with her, I never once had to follow up or chase her for anything. Having Andrea as my agent really took away from the stress of selling and buying property, I could not be more thankful of her efforts.
