I had trouble selling my house with other agents always telling me that the price was too high, the market was not good, not a great area etc. Finally I had found someone who was honest and not full of crap. Not only did she get very close to asking price but she handled all the problems that comes from selling houses so well and communicated with me through the whole process. Dealing with the tenants was effortless to her. I live 2000 km away and her knowledge of the area, her professionalism and her belief in what she does as a craft is what sold me to appoint her to be my agent. I have mores house down that area and when its time to sell that I wont go to anyone else that's for sure. Andrea packs no punches, she is honest and above all her communication skills are refreshing to finally see in an agent. She got me a better result than expected and the experience along the way was easy. I will list all my investment houses with her every time.

My long-time fantastic, neighbour recently decided it was time to move on in life. Andrea became his agent. During the advertising period for his house, several times he mentioned what an active and personable job Andrea was doing and what a delightful person she was. His house sold quickly.
