I engaged Andrea Stretton to sell my home and she was st all times professional, honest and upfront, very experienced and knowledgable which showed in her top notch negotiating skills. She seemed to be in control at all times even when things go a bit rocky and pulled things back to keep buyers interested. Buying and selling a property is a stressful business but you just can't put a price on an agent who knows the area, knows the market and knows how to seal the deal so that both seller and buyer are happy. I don't think I could have found a better agent than Andrea Stretton from Hillsea, Helensvale and with the office back up team, they were a professional, winning combination. Patient, professional, nothing too much trouble and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I would not hesitate in recommending Andrea to my friends and family.

I had trouble selling my house with other agents always telling me that the price was too high, the market was not good, not a great area etc. Finally I had found someone who was honest and not full of crap. Not only did she get very close to asking price but she handled all the problems that comes from selling houses so well and communicated with me through the whole process. Dealing with the tenants was effortless to her. I live 2000 km away and her knowledge of the area, her professionalism and her belief in what she does as a craft is what sold me to appoint her to be my agent. I have mores house down that area and when its time to sell that I wont go to anyone else that's for sure. Andrea packs no punches, she is honest and above all her communication skills are refreshing to finally see in an agent. She got me a better result than expected and the experience along the way was easy. I will list all my investment houses with her every time.

My long-time fantastic, neighbour recently decided it was time to move on in life. Andrea became his agent. During the advertising period for his house, several times he mentioned what an active and personable job Andrea was doing and what a delightful person she was. His house sold quickly. I met the new owners shortly after and they too were impressed with Andrea's marketing ability and social interaction skills. With both the seller AND the buyer giving similar praise, that was enough for me to engage her as my agent as, in the interim, I had also decided to move on. I experienced her same friendly approach backed up by her experience and market knowledge. Andrea knew the type of buyer that was required, provided regular contact with me to ensure I remained up-to-date with progress and treated several problems with the urgency needed. Despite a busy schedule she remained actively engaged with my sale, her contact was always friendly but fully professional, never aloof and never excessive or intrusive.
