My property manager, Kerri is professional, competent, and efficient. She has looked after my property well for the last 2 years and I have confidence she will continue to do so.

We consider ourselves lucky to have Kerri & Emily take care of our rental properties. They are professional, attentive, kind and very helpful.

Our Loan broker suggested Hive. We went with Hive and they delivered in all promises and kept communications in a timely manner. Kerri was our initial contact and Kundai did all our inspections. Both were professional and helpful.

She explained well when I am not sure.

Our property manager Kerry was great then we got a new one who forgot to call after arranging prospective tenants to view and cancelling our plans to accommodate was rude to not bother to call and cancel. Then told us owners were very happy with outgoing inspection. But forgot to lodge Bond return and when we called she lied and said that she had to get the owners approval to refund our complete Bond. Kundai is dishonest and forgetful.

Kerri and Kundai have been very professional in dealing with issues related to our property. We rate their prompt responses highly.

Hive was really easy to work with. Super responsive when I needed anything, but also left me alone to just enjoy the house. Inspections were thorough but not overly obtrusive with only reasonable requests when essential. I'd particularly like to thank Kerri who was a pleasure to deal with.
