Emily was a great assist with moving to the area. She was kind, polite and interested. I have no doubt she listened carefully to my situation and having an eye for detail was able to negotiate with other parties to match a good fit in the property market. I thank her and the hive team for their professionalism this was a totally new experience for me in dealing with agents who understand their responsibilities and how to treat clients in a respectful and kind way. I thank Emily and Hive for making the transaction smooth and treating their clients with care. I am positive all future dealings with Emily and the team will be the same. Thanks so much for your time and care.

We came across Hive at a stressful time in our household. Meg and Kerri met with us within 24 hours of us reaching out and immediately put our mind at ease. They have a great knowledge of the Canberra market and are super approachable and kind. Meg is our property manager and has been very professional and very willing to help. We would highly recommend Hive! Thanks for the great service, team!

This is my second dealing with Hive, the first was purchasing our property of which Tom was the agent. Dealing with Tom was great - clear, straightforward and honest the opposite of what we had found to be typical of other agents. Based on that it was a very easy decision to go with Hive when it came time to rent the same property. As we were doing this at the same time as an overseas move we really appreciated the work Kerri and Meg did to get our property cleaned, advertised and rented within two weeks taking any stress out of the process. Would definitely recommend, the team does what they say, when they say and to a high standard - if you're tired of dealing with agents who act like reptiles then it's time to give the team at Hive a call.

We have just recently handed over our property to Kerri and Meg to rent. In short, the process was amazing! Kerri came through the property once, and had a plan back to me the next day. She took care of all of the property maintenance activities required to present a new home with no fuss. Meg then ran 2 open homes in the first week, identified tenants and had them moving in 2 weeks later. They both have kept me updated throughout the process and have been great to work with - looking forward to working with them into the future as well! Would highly recommend HIVE if you want a professional organisation taking the hassle out of your property needs.

They are willing to meet all my requirements and respond my queries promptly. I would recommend Hive to all my friends and trust they can deliver excellent services.
