Hive managed my investment for just over 12 months. From the start Hive were great, they are responsive, professional and they were fully committed to finding me a great tenant. Once a tenant was secured, I was lucky enough for Emily Murray to take over management of my property. Emily looked after both my property and my sister's. Emily is amazing, she is an effective communicator, passionate about her work and delivers when required. I have recommended Emily to a number of people and will continue to recommend her. Thank you Emily and the Hive team!

Kerri and Meg have helped me enormously with my property. This was my first time renting a property and they were both so supportive and informative. They took care of everything for me and were really responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend Hive!

Kerri made the transition to renting our much loved home super smooth. Our home was rented in a matter of days without the hassle of multiple viewings, and at an excellent price. Can’t recommend Kerri enough!

First time landlord. Kerri and Emily were amazing. They explained everything about the process thoroughly and were quick to answer calls and emails. Communication was transparent and quick.

Kerri Everest at HIVE has been brilliant. She has been available, professional and kept us informed every step of the way when we were renting our property. I would recommend Kerri if you have a property you want rented.

Very efficient. Only issue related to people who called me to set up utilities. Multiple people called me independently asking me the same questions and were not across the available utilities options for the property

I have had dealings with HIVE in relation to property management. I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional service standard delivered by HIVE to date - and Kerri in particular. Kerri is responsive, proactive and friendly. Kerri has taken the time to familiarise herself with my needs as a landlord and has tailored her approach accordingly. I look forward to my ongoing dealings with HIVE throughout the rental process.
