Friendly, efficient and professional
From purchasing my property through Hive to being introduced to the Property Management team I have been impressed with their professionalism, excellent communication skills - always fast, regular and informative, and their commitment to achieving best outcomes. I have experience dealing with a different agency and have been really impressed with the outstanding service Hive provides. I would definitely recommend both the sales and property management teams.

Great experience with Hive property management
We moved to Hive after experiencing a dissapointed service from other agent. Kerri and Meg have made the move painless and took care of everything. Our property was rented out after 1 week. We are very impressed with their communication and professionalism so far.

Efficient and attentive
We used HIVE to lease out our beautiful home in Gungahlin. Kerri and her team demonstrated rich market knowledge and her service delivery has been remarkable. She did a great job securing a top-notch family who will get to appreciate our home as much as we do within two weeks since marketing. We are certainly pleased with the result and would highly recommend them for leasing.

Fantastic service
My husband and I are new to renting, having owned our own home for the past 20 years. Our experience with Hive and in particular Emily, Kerri and Meg has thus far been outstanding. The team has been extremely supportive and assisted us in navigating through everything we needed to do to ensure a seamless transition to our new rental property.

Instant karma
My first meeting with Meg went well but what I loved was when returning the keys for my unit to her I was crossing Northbourne avenue to go to the office and she pulls up in her car, grabs them from me - talk about efficiency. That’s drive thru service for you!

A high standard of professionalism
It has been an absolutely pleasure dealing with Hive this year, who have displayed a high level of professionalism at their open homes and throughout the application process. Hive stands out particularly from other agencies in its team-oriented focus. The agents within Hive work together and have a positive attitude which shows. They are approachable, professional, and maintain high standards in their presentation.
