Our agent was engaged 18 months or so ahead of...

Our agent was engaged 18 months or so ahead of the sale. Over that period he stayed in touch, regularly giving market updates. When it came to selling he advised on the best ways to advertise online and the campaign attracted 4 very interested buyers. He gave very detailed reports by phone after each open for inspection which were very much appreciated. He listened to any concerns we raised and was happy to make changes if appropriate. When it came to the auction he walked us through all the possible outcomes, he knew the buyers in depth, and brought both expertise and considerable energy into the actual auction. The result exceeded expectations despite rising rates and major global uncertainty.
